These terms cover your use of Tabletop Online. By creating a campaign or joining one, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a club or shop, you confirm you can bind that organisation.
You keep ownership of everything you create — campaigns, characters, notes, maps and uploaded art. You grant us only the licence needed to store that content and show it to the people you have invited to your table.
We provide the service as it is described on this site. We will give notice before removing a feature you are paying for, and you can export your content at any time.
Accounts may be suspended for activity that breaks the law, infringes someone else's rights, or is aimed at disrupting other people's games.
Privacy policy

We collect the minimum needed to run your table: an email address for the account holder, the content you create, and basic technical logs.
Players invited by link are identified by a display name only. We do not require an account, an email address or a payment method from a player to join a campaign.
We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a font CDN.
You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time. Exports are provided as markdown and JSON.
